The Good and Bad of it all…
My wife and I are using Rob’s fat loss system so let me lay out the facts.
The fat loss guide consists of three parts. The first part gives an introduction explaining why he believes in what he does. In the next part he explains his ideas and beliefs about exercising. My wife and I do some of rob’s recommended exercises, twice a week for 30 min. at a time, and found that more than sufficient. Finally, he shares his knowledge and experience about proper nutrition.
Like his other products, you quickly realize that this fat loss system is based on thorough research as he really delivers on the science and facts behind his ideas. However, nothing worthwhile in life is achieved without effort. You still have to work hard at different aspect of the fat loss program.

What is Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle? : Rating 8/10
This Fat Burning system has been developed by Tom Venuto. It is a very popular fat loss guide for a number of years now and was quite a tough one to review!
Tom is a well known and respected nutrition consultant, personal trainer and fitness coach since 1989. You don’t need to worry about the quality and the credibility of the burn the fat feed the muscle program.
He has featured in many body building and fitness magazines including IRONMAN magazine, Exercise for Men, Natural Bodybuilding, Muscular Development, Men’s Exercise and Men’s Fitness, to name a few.
The fat loss guide consists of 341 pages. It provides comprehensive information on all areas of fat loss and nutrition, in fact the first 270 pages are dedicated to that (along with goal setting, how to figure out your metabolic rate and body type and measure your progress etc).
The Good and Bad of it all…
The first factor that the author explained in this program is about the different body types that different people have. Nobody has the same body type and many trainers forget to note this point. The fat loss diet and exercises that has been followed by one person will not yield the same results if followed by a different person. One has to identify his body type and accordingly need to follow the fat loss diet and exercise. Rob also teaches how to identify the body type of an individual.
Exercise is always an important part of fat loss. Exercises are covered quite extensively, including the best exercises to do and machines to use, how to boost your metabolism etc. Weight training as you can imagine is covered in detail.
Tom is a bodybuilder and this guide constantly reference what bodybuilders do before competitions etc. It takes some time and effort to work through the guide and understand exactly what is expected of you.
This product is not for the casual dieter but more geared towards those people that are really serious about fat loss and losing all the fat they can and toning their body to look great. Make no mistake if you follow the full program you will get super results.
